Subscription Service Agreement
Post Punk Publishing LLP (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") offers any individual (hereinafter referred to as the "User") to enter into this agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") for the provision of paid subscription services on the terms set forth below.
1.1. Provider — Post Punk Publishing LLP, registered at Stoney Works, 8 Stoney Lane, London, United Kingdom, SE19 3BD.
1.2. Agreement — this document, published on the Internet at: https://sto.baza.education/yp-terms.
1.3. Service — the website sto.baza.education and associated Telegram channels and chats.
1.4. Subscription — a paid period of the User's access to the Provider's Services.
1.5. Services — provision of access to the private Telegram channel "YP" and related materials (hereinafter referred to as the "Content").
1.6. User — an individual who has accepted this Agreement.
1.7. Acceptance — full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement by paying for the Subscription.
1.8. Content — text, graphic, audio and video materials published by the Provider in the private Telegram channel "YP".
1.9. Personal Data — information relating to the User: name, email address, and other data provided during registration.
2.1. The Provider undertakes to grant the User access to the private Telegram channel "YP" and related materials, and the User undertakes to pay for the Subscription in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2.2. The Services are deemed to have been duly provided from the moment the User is granted access to the Content.
3.1. To access the Services, the User shall:
3.2. The Agreement is deemed concluded at the moment the funds are credited to the Provider's account.
3.3. The Subscription is issued for a period of 1 (one) month. Upon expiration, the Subscription is automatically renewed by charging the User's linked payment method.
3.4. The User may cancel automatic renewal by contacting the Provider at twopunksnotdead@gmail.com no later than 3 (three) days before the next billing date.
4.1. Grant the User access to the Content within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
4.2. Ensure proper quality of Services.
4.3. Notify the User of any changes to the terms of this Agreement no less than 3 (three) days before such changes take effect.
4.4. Modify the content, format and frequency of Content publication without prior notice.
4.5. Suspend or terminate the User's access to the Services in the event of a breach of this Agreement.
4.6. Provide accurate information during registration.
4.7. Pay for the Subscription in a timely manner.
4.8. Not distribute, copy or share the Content obtained under the Subscription with third parties without the Provider's written consent.
4.9. Cancel the Subscription at any time by sending a notice to twopunksnotdead@gmail.com.
5.1. The Subscription fee is $35 (thirty-five US dollars) per month.
5.2. Payment is made by bank card via the Stripe payment system.
5.3. When subscribing, the User links a bank card for automatic recurring payments. Charges are made monthly on the date corresponding to the first payment.
5.4. If the charge fails, the Provider will retry within 3 (three) days. If the charge remains unsuccessful, access to the Services will be suspended.
5.5. The Provider reserves the right to change the Subscription fee by notifying the User no less than 3 (three) days in advance. The new fee applies from the next billing period.
6.1. The User consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR.
6.2. The Provider processes the User's personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling this Agreement.
6.3. The Provider takes necessary measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access.
7.1. This Agreement takes effect upon Acceptance and remains in force until all obligations are fulfilled.
7.2. The User may cancel the Subscription at any time by sending a notice to twopunksnotdead@gmail.com. Access is retained until the end of the paid period.
7.3. The Provider may terminate this Agreement unilaterally if the User breaches its terms, including sharing Content with third parties.
7.4. Refunds for the unused portion of the Subscription are processed upon request to twopunksnotdead@gmail.com within 10 (ten) business days.
8.1. Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to force majeure circumstances.
8.2. The Provider shall not be liable for temporary interruptions in the Service caused by technical issues.
8.3. The User is responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and for all activities conducted through their account.
9.1. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the courts of England and Wales.
9.2. Claims from the User shall be reviewed by the Provider within 10 (ten) business days of receipt.
9.3. The Provider reserves the right to amend this Agreement. Changes take effect upon publication on the Service.
9.4. In all matters not covered by this Agreement, the parties shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10.1. Content published in the private Telegram channel "YP" constitutes confidential information of the Provider.
10.2. The User undertakes not to distribute, copy or reproduce the Content in any way without the Provider's written consent.
